🚨 Damages and Issues (Refund Eligibility)

We only offer a refund if an item is damaged upon arrival or lost in transit.

  • Damaged Item: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@terahue.com if the item is defective or damaged. We will require photo or video proof of the damage to evaluate the issue and process a refund.
  • Lost in Transit: If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately so we can confirm the status and process a full refund.

If your item is not damaged or lost, it is not eligible for a refund as we do not accept returns.

  • A detailed description of the issue (damage or loss).
  • For damaged items, please include clear photos or video evidence of the damage.

💸 Refunds Processed

If your refund request is approved based on a damaged or lost item, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@terahue.com.

❌ No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

As stated, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final, except for the explicit refund scenarios for damaged or lost items mentioned above.
